We respect your privacy as much as we respect and value our own. Make Piece does not sell or rent our customer information to others. We will not share any information about you gathered through this site with any third party except with your express consent or in accordance with law.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payment information is processed through a secure server with SSL encryption. Neither Make Piece nor our hosting company retains any of your credit card information.
Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service as our standard carrier and send everything Priority Mail for a flat $6.00 charge. We also insure any package valued at more than $125.
Most orders will be processed and shipped within two business days of receipt. If we are not able to meet this schedule, we will notify you promptly by email. You will also receive an email when your order has been posted.
Customer Satisfaction
We want you to be completely pleased with your purchase from Make Piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply ship the unworn product back to us in secure packaging. We recommend that you insure the shipment because we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us or which are damaged in shipment.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund (less the original cost of shipping and insurance, if any) using your original method of payment.
In addition, each of our artisans takes exceptional pride in her work. If one of your items breaks during normal use at any time in the first year, we will repair it at our expense. Simply return it to us in a secure package and we will repair it and absorb the postage of returning it to you. Again, insurance is recommended for your shipment.
