Known by her nickname 'Pat', Frances is a thorough Washingtonian. She is a graduate of Dunbar Senior High School, member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church and worker/volunteer extraordinaire. From service in the her parish's social concerns and liturgy projects, to service as a practical nurse, Urban League employment and thirty years at the DC Public & Assisted Housing, Pat is well acquainted with the DC scene.
And retirement hasn't slowed her down much—she is currently enrolled in a three year program at Trinity University. One of her most cherished activities, though, is spending time with her granddaughter, Lyric. |
